- Wanting real activities, not screen time
- Making space for your health, your relationship, and your life
Old City Kids makes it easy to say yes to all of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How old are the kids in your programs?+
Our programs are designed for school-age kids. Age ranges vary by program and are listed on each program page.
Is this childcare or structured programming?+
Our programs are structured and coach-led. Kids follow a daily plan that includes instruction, games, free play, and plenty of fun. This is not passive supervision.
What does a typical day look like?+
Days include organized activities, physical games, group challenges, and scheduled free play. Summer camp includes daily swimming. There is no screen time.
Who is supervising my child?+
Programs are led by trained coaches who actively run activities and manage groups. Kids are never left unsupervised.
How do drop-off and pick-up work?+
We use clear check-in and check-out procedures so parents know exactly where their child is and who is responsible for them.
Is this safe if kids are doing physical activities?+
Yes. Activities are supervised and age-appropriate. We believe in physical challenge with boundaries — not eliminating movement or risk entirely.
What should my child bring?+
Each program has a short checklist, typically athletic clothing, sneakers, water, and lunch for full-day programs.
Are screens or devices allowed?+
No. Our programs are fully screen-free, other than movie nights at Kids’ Night Out.
Can I sign up for single days?+
Yes — most programs allow single-day registration, and several offer multi-day packs. Pricing and availability are in the registration calendar on each program page.
How do I know if a program is a good fit?+
Send us a note — we’re happy to talk it through before you enroll.
